Ian is a founding director of Adaptive8 and serves as our CEO. He brings over 20 years’ experience in digital transformation having successfully run and delivered large-scale, global change programmes in numerous well-known leading organisations.
Ian’s superpower is his ability to diagnose and solve problems, by understanding exactly what needs to be done to achieve the right client outcomes. Whether it’s rescuing an existing programme that needs specialist help or delivering a new programme from start to finish on time and to budget, Ian’s driving force is delivery. He operates at the strategic board-level, regularly managing programme budgets and savings targets in excess of $100m and bringing together the best team for each unique client engagement through our build, buy or partner model.
Ian is a visionary leader who has nurtured a strong network of highly-talented, like-minded people who believe in the power of exceptional delivery and take great pride in a job well done. Ian’s extensive career covers a broad range of sectors, having led diverse, global teams for organisations such as Vistra, British American Tobacco, IQVIA, Roche, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), AstraZeneca, The European Space Agency (ESA), Vodafone and Pirelli.
