Louise is a founding director of Adaptive8 and our Chief Marketing Officer, bringing over 15 years’ experience in communications and marketing. Having worked on many large-scale, global transformation programmes, her superpower is helping people make sense of the complexities of change.
From delivering strategic board-level communications and building strong senior stakeholder relationships, to creating stories and brands that engage and inspire colleagues, Louise is a professional, imaginative communicator and problem-solver. A real people person, she always puts herself in the shoes of the audience and coaches clients on the best way to connect with their teams, so you can be sure that your biggest asset – your people – sit right at the heart of our engagement with you.
Her extensive experience covers a broad range of sectors, having worked with organisations such as Vistra, British American Tobacco, Dentsu Aegis Network, BP, Thomson Reuters and Network Rail.
