Rihana is Adaptive8’s Digital Transformation Lead, bringing over 17 years’ experience working across the technology and ICT landscape, successfully leading and delivering complex digital transformation projects for large-scale enterprises.

Rihana’s superpower is her drive to solve problems and deliver results, whilst building great relationships with stakeholders, clients and delivery partners. Being a strategic thinker, Rihana will spot a problem before it arises and will find a creative way to solve it. She embodies the Adaptive8 values by being flexible and adaptive to change, and always puts the client first. She is super organised and loves a challenge and is just as happy stepping in to rescue a failing project, as she is when leading a new project from start to finish.

Rihana has led multiple global data projects using best-of-breed cloud platforms such as Informatica, Snowflake and Tableau to help clients make better data-driven decisions . Her specialist areas include Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Enterprise Resource Management (ERM), including SAP Public Cloud implementations for organisations such as Vistra, Naspers, Dimension Data and NTT.
